Bulk Excel Report Generation ― kintone plug-in

Still pasting 20 quotes into Excel one by one?

Select records in a view and click one button. The {field code} placeholders in your Excel template are filled with values and laid out one after another on a single sheet, so you can print all of them with a single Ctrl+P.

Select records in a view to generate the report. Scroll through the opened report and the next quote follows after a page break (the report's appearance reproduces a spreadsheet).

¥9,800 one-time, tax incl., per kintone domain (1 license per domain)

Left = exporting a CSV and pasting it into Excel by hand; right = select in a view and generate once.

How it works

  1. Generation happens inside your browser. Neither the template nor the records are sent to an outside server.
  2. Your business data is never sent externally. License verification sends only the kintone domain name and key.
  3. Runs entirely through kintone's official APIs and events, without touching kintone's internal structure.

How to install

  1. Upload the plug-in's zip file (Download zip) to kintone's plug-in management
  2. In the target app's settings, add the uploaded plug-in to the app
  3. Open the plug-in's settings screen, enter the key in the "License" field, and save (not required for a second or later app on the same domain. If you haven't purchased yet, you can start a trial from "Try free for 14 days")

If you've lost your key: enter the email address used at purchase and submit, and we'll send the key to that address again.
